The Real Ghostbusters by Milton Bradley is an updated version of the 1970s Which Witch? game. Collect four ghost cards and make your way to the top of the stairs while avoiding the traps. A plastic skull is used to drop down the "ghost trap" to trigger the traps. Item number 4608 dated 1986.

In the early 1990s Milton Bradley released yet another updated version of the game called Ghost Castle.
