This is a re-issue by Broadway Toys of the Mr. Peanut Peanut Butter Maker originally made by Emenee in the mid 1960's. My brother had one of the original ones and we made peanut butter on a regular basis. As I recall it did not taste very good. Item number 222, dated 1996. Peanut butter makers have been released through the years in many varieties by many companies including the generic elephant peanut butter maker which I picked up at a thrift store. No manufacturer or date is on the toy so it could be current or vintage.
